Matthew C. Stencil is a global executive search partner with over 20 years of experience advising boards and C-suite leaders on talent acquisition and leadership. Since 2024, they have served as a partner at Caldwell, focusing on tailored executive search and advisory solutions for the industrial sector. Previously, Matthew held significant roles at renowned firms, including Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner and Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner. They also contributed to the Ohio Department of Higher Education as the Director of SkillsMAX. Matthew is currently pursuing an MBA at Colorado State University, along with a Master’s in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
