Rodes Cole is a distinguished executive search professional with extensive experience in leading search firms. Currently serving as a Partner at The Caldwell Partners since February 2015, Rodes focuses on providing top-tier executive search services with a reputation for excellence. Prior to this role, Rodes was the Vice President and Managing Director at Parker Executive Search, specializing in the corporate practice, particularly in Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, and Professional Services. Rodes also held the position of Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International, concentrating on Professional and IT Services, and served as Vice President at the DeKalb / Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, managing marketing, fundraising, and donor relations.
