Nathan Schmalhofer

Nathan Schmalhofer, CAMS, CFCS, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Caleb & Brown, a global cryptocurrency brokerage, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs across multiple regions. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Margo, a Bitcoin ATM operator, and at PrimePay, a payroll processing company, where Nathan was instrumental in establishing AML programs and compliance frameworks. Additional roles include Senior Director of AML and Financial Crimes at Money Mart Financial Services, Money Services Compliance Manager at InstaMed, and Manager of Compliance and Licensing at Sunoco LP. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ursinus College.
