Gill Donoghue

Gill Donoghue has extensive experience in housing and support services, currently serving as Strategy and Improvement Manager at Caledonia Housing Association since 2007, where responsible for business improvement, data analysis, and fostering a performance management culture. Earlier roles include Head of Support Services, where led efforts to remodel Sheltered Housing Services and developed partnership models. Additionally, Gill is a Housing Services Manager at Creative Dundee and serves as a voluntary board director for the organization. Prior experience includes a position as Housing Support Co-ordinator at Angus Housing Association Limited from 1995 to 2007. Educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling and a BA Hons in Applied Economics from Abertay University.
