Katelyn Higgins

Katelyn Higgins has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Teambuilding Staff at YMCA Camp Sloper Outdoor Center in 2011. Katelyn then moved to the Southington Cheshire Community YMCA in 2012, where they were Youth Program Staff. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously: Special Needs Coordinator at YMCA Camp Sloper Outdoor Center and Independent Contractor at The Perfect Playground. Katelyn then moved to The Hospital of Central Connecticut in 2016, where they were an Occupational Therapist. Most recently, they have been a Brand Ambassador at Caledonia Spirits since 2017.

Katelyn Higgins received their Master of Education (MEd) in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Springfield College in 2012. Katelyn also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Springfield College in 2010. In addition, they hold a certification as a Youth Mental Health First Aider from the National Council of Behavioral Health.
