Tracy Welch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Customer Experience at Caledonian Leisure Ltd since April 2024, Tracy has previously held key HR positions at Freeths LLP, Davies Group, and Shearings Holidays. With a strong foundation in learning and development from OCS Group UK, where roles included Learning and Development Business Partner and Regional Skills Trainer, Tracy has been pivotal in implementing strategic training initiatives. Tracy's career began at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where roles ranged from Cabin Service Supervisor to Cabin Crew Manager, demonstrating leadership and training capabilities in a high-pressure environment. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
