Larry Cloud is a seasoned professional in employee experience and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Employee Experience Manager at Calendly since February 2023. Key accomplishments include enhancing onboarding programs that resulted in a 95.9 NPS and a 100% increase in product understanding among new employees. Prior experience includes leadership training at LifeLabs Learning for global organizations and serving as Director of New Student Orientation at The University of Georgia, where Larry managed onboarding for over 17,000 participants annually. Larry's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Education from UGA, and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Georgia Southern University.
