Matt Tressler serves as the Chief Retail Operations Officer at Caleres, Inc., where they focus on bridging vision and execution through commercial strategy and operational efficiency. Previously, they held significant roles at Fossil Group, Inc. and Coach, leading teams in revenue generation and retail operations. Additionally, Matt has shared their expertise as an adjunct professor at Collin College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing from Coastal Carolina University and an MBA from The University of Dallas. Passionate about integrating technology with commercial models, Matt is dedicated to leveraging AI and data-driven insights to drive growth in the retail sector.
