Paul Romeo has extensive experience in product development and merchandising, currently serving as the Director of Product Development for Natural Soul by Naturalizer and Naturalizer Mid Tier at Brown Shoe Company since April 2006. Prior to this role, Paul held positions as a Market Representative for May Merchandising Company and May Department Stores from 1986 to 2006. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Advertising Art and Business Management from Youngstown State University between 1971 and 1976.
