Susan Im

Susan Im currently serves as the Senior Director of Career Pathing at Caleres, Inc., where responsibilities include leading internal mobility and career development initiatives within the Culture and Learning & Development team. With extensive experience in human resources and strategic partnerships, Susan has also held roles as a Senior Director and HR Business Partner for the NY Brand Portfolio and International, focusing on organizational design and leadership development. In addition to ongoing work with SIM Collaborations as an Executive Coach and Strategic Business Partner, Susan has a notable background in the retail sector with Macy's, where achievements include growing the Private Brand Shoe business and co-founding the Asian American Employee Resource Group.
