Jennifer Janzso

Jennifer Janzso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Calero since May 2017, Jennifer previously held the role of Technical Support Manager at Frontier Communications from February 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included coaching team members and conducting quality assurance evaluations. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at ADT from January 2002 to February 2016 as a Technical Manager, achieving significant professional development gains for over 100 direct reports and successfully implementing Six Sigma projects. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from SUNY Brockport.
