Richard Carswell

Richard Carswell has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Richard is currently the Director of Product Management at Calero-MDSL, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Richard served as the Technical Solutions Director at the same company from January to May 2022 and as a Technical Solutions Senior Manager from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Calero-MDSL, Richard worked at Calero Software as a Program Manager from February 2019 to June 2020 and as a Service Delivery Manager [International Consultant] from September 2018 to February 2019.

Richard's earlier experience includes roles at Veropath, a Calero company, where they worked as a Presales Consultant from April 2017 to September 2018 and as an Account Manager from May 2014 to April 2017. Richard started their career at IntelligentComms as a Data Analyst from July 2013 to May 2014.

Throughout their career, Richard has gained valuable expertise and leadership skills in product management, technical solutions, program management, service delivery, and account management.

Richard Carswell attended the University of Stirling from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours degree in Mathematics.
