Jon Kilby is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Partnership & Performance Manager at Calex UK since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading the company’s Leadership Team and enhancing operational performance at the Volkswagen Group UK National Learning Centre. Previously, Jon held the position of Global Learning Design Manager at Bentley Motors, overseeing the transformation of global training curricula, and worked at Stellantis as UK Commercial Learning & Development Manager, focusing on leadership and sales training initiatives. Jon's career also includes roles at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where as Sales & Product Training Lead, Jon managed commercial training delivery, and as a Sales Manager at Staddlestones Peugeot, alongside an earlier position as Assistant Manager at Vectis Financial Services. Jon Kilby holds an HND in Business Management from the University of Chichester and Isle of Wight College.

Established in 1997, we now employ over 350 staff and work with major clients across the UK and the globe. In the UK and Europe we are working with the Stellantis (ex-PSA, and ex-FCA), Volkswagen, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Bentley & Mercedes-Benz amongst others. Calex also has offices in Shanghai, China and in Michigan, USA where we are servicing many of the new electric car companies as well as projects on autonomous vehicles.
