Katy Adamson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Business Governance Lead for Body Chassis Engineering at JLR since February 2023, and as a Senior Independent Director at GB Basketball since July 2023. Katy also coaches the Warwickshire Hawks Basketball Team since August 2021. Prior roles include Programme Manager for Commercial/Global Customer Care at JLR and Programme Manager for Strategic Alignment at the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity from July 2021 to February 2023. Katy's earlier experience includes Project Manager positions at the University of Northampton and Solihull College & University Centre, where responsibilities encompassed managing and implementing projects aligned with Sport England's strategies. Katy holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Northampton and a degree from Coventry University.

Established in 1997, we now employ over 350 staff and work with major clients across the UK and the globe. In the UK and Europe we are working with the Stellantis (ex-PSA, and ex-FCA), Volkswagen, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Bentley & Mercedes-Benz amongst others. Calex also has offices in Shanghai, China and in Michigan, USA where we are servicing many of the new electric car companies as well as projects on autonomous vehicles.
