Christine Hesse

Christine Hesse possesses extensive legal and policy experience, currently serving as the Head at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP since June 2017. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Senior Policy Advisor/Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from February 1999 to June 2017 and served as Legislative Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing & Urban Affairs between June 1996 and February 1999. Earlier in the career, Christine worked as the Government Affairs Director at the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and held various legislative roles within the Connecticut General Assembly. Christine has also garnered legal experience as a Legal Intern at the Ohio Attorney General's Office and worked as a Legislative Aide in the Ohio Senate. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
