Kristofer Spreen

Kristofer Spreen is a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, where since July 2004, Kristofer has co-led the Capital Markets/Securities Transactions and Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice teams. Prior to this role, Kristofer served as an Associate in the Corporate/Securities Transactions Group at Hale and Dorr LLP from October 1999 to June 2004. Kristofer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, completed in 1996.
