Patrick D. Hayes

Patrick D. Hayes is a partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP since September 2019, bringing extensive experience in compliance and regulatory matters from previous positions as Chief Compliance Officer at Key Bridge Compliance, LLC, and Graydon Compliance Solutions, LLC. With a legal background that includes roles in civil litigation at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and regulatory compliance at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., Patrick has developed a strong expertise in investment management and governance. Patrick has also contributed to community initiatives, notably serving as Public Relations Chair for the Cincinnati Bar Association’s "Run For Kids" fundraiser and as President of the Cincinnati Branch of The Linus Foundation. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
