Maureen O'Sullivan-Day FCIPD has extensive work experience in HR and people management. Maureen is currently the Head of HR at calfordseaden. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at 4 ur People, where they established and managed the company, delivering exceptional services to clients and executing recruitment processes for a housing association. Maureen also worked as the Interim People Change Lead at Southern Housing Group, where they successfully led strategic business change programs and facilitated the merger of two housing associations.

Earlier in their career, Maureen worked as the Head of HR Services at Moat Homes Limited, spearheading people services and HR operations. Maureen also served as the Head of Human Resources at Berkeley Business Centres, leading the development and execution of HR strategies. Additionally, they held the position of Learning and Development Manager at The Avenues Trust, where they oversaw the learning and development function and provided expert advice on staff capability and performance management.

Maureen's career started as the Human Resources & Training Manager at Safeway stores Ltd. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in HR management.

Maureen O'Sullivan-Day FCIPD has a diverse education history that includes several certifications and degrees in various fields. In 2007, they obtained the FCIPD certification from CIPD Qualifications. Later, between 2011 and 2013, they pursued a Post Graduate certificate in Advanced Employment Law from FCIPD, specializing in Employment Law.

In 2014 and 2015, Maureen attended BACAP where they earned Level 2 and Level 3 Counselling Skills degrees, respectively, focusing on Counselling. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, they studied Coaching and Mentoring at the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), obtaining a Level 5 degree.

Most recently, in 2021, Maureen O'Sullivan-Day completed a program at TCM group, becoming an Accredited National Workplace Mediator.
