Mr. Armoyan has been a member of the board of directors of the Corporation since December 18, 2020, and acted as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation from December 17, 2021 to June 3, 2022. Mr. Armoyan is also Executive Chairman of G2S2 Capital Inc., President of Armco Capital Inc., and Executive Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Clarke Inc. Mr. Armoyan is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and various industries. Since 1982, Mr. Armoyan has successfully founded and grown numerous businesses, created shareholder value at several public companies through restructuring operations by applying a commonsense approach to business.

Its services include hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, cementing and other well stimulation services. The Canadian segment provides fracturing and coiled tubing services to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in Alberta, northeast British Columbia, Saskatchewan and southwest Manitoba. The United States segment provides pressure pumping services in Arkansas, Colorado, North Dakota, Pennsylvania and Texas. The Russian segment provides fracturing and coiled tubing services in Western Siberia. The Latin America segment provides pressure pumping services from operating bases in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia. In Argentina, the Company provides fracturing, cementing and coiled tubing services to oil and natural gas companies operating in the Neuquen, Las Heras and Comodoro regions.
