Candice Risteski

Candice Risteski, MBA, currently serves in the CPS - Office of Culture, Inclusion and Belonging at the City of Calgary since September 2024, after a long tenure with the Calgary Board of Education, where roles included Human Resources Consultant, Sr. Human Resources Advisor, and Recruiter. As an equity, diversity, and inclusion champion, Candice drives initiatives forward through change management and the creation of learning opportunities. Previous experience includes recruitment positions at AECOM, Shell, Randstad, and Wood's Homes, as well as a Project Coordinator role at Spartan Controls. Candice holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Calgary, and a Human Resource Management Extension Certificate from Mount Royal University.
