Joe Prado

Joe Prado is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at the Calgary Catholic School District since September 2009, Joe specializes in servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies, including Nutanix AHV and VMWare. Responsibilities encompass provisioning and configuring virtual servers, managing hyper-converged infrastructure, and executing backup and recovery tasks with CommVault.
