Randy Chen

Randy Chen has extensive experience in payroll and accounting, currently serving as a Payroll Coordinator for Calgary Catholic School District since October 2017, where responsibilities include payroll processing using PeopleSoft HCM and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Prior experience includes positions as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at Black Diamond Group from March 2014 to July 2017, managing full cycle payroll and group benefits, and as an Accountant at Nishimoto Trading Toronto and Agricultural Bank of China. Randy Chen holds a Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification from the Canadian Payroll Association and has degrees in Finance and Economics from Wuhan University and Hebei University of Economics and Business, respectively.
