Shawna Southwick

Shawna Southwick is a skilled graphic designer with extensive experience, currently serving as one of three full-time in-house graphic designers at the Calgary Catholic School District since September 2017. In this role, Shawna handles project management, client correspondence, and billing for multiple projects across 118 schools and various departments. As a freelance designer since July 2009, Shawna has created diverse designs including posters, logos, and advertisements. Previous experience includes serving as President of the Shepherds Toastmaster Club D42 and working as a Brewery team member at Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant. With a background as a graphic designer at Evans Hunt from November 2010 to June 2016, Shawna's expertise has been applied to projects for notable clients like Visit Calgary and Big Rock. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Design degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Alberta University of the Arts, earned from 2003 to 2009.
