Tanya Holman Galon

Tanya Holman Galon, CPA CA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Reporting at Calgary Catholic School District since August 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing key financial reporting functions and leading the Capital and Financial Reporting Accounting team. Previously, Tanya held the position of Financial Services Manager at the Town of Cochrane, Alberta, from April 2019 to April 2023, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and operations for a team of finance professionals. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Alberta Health Services from 2011 to April 2019, overseeing financial operations and reporting for public health care, and leading the preparation of consolidated financial statements as a Senior Financial Analyst in Finance Shared Services. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education, both from the University of Regina, graduated with distinction.
