Harpreet Dhanjal

Harpreet Dhanjal serves as the Manager of Strategy at Calgary Economic Development since October 2021, focusing on the development of strategies to advance the city's economic priorities through collaboration with diverse partners. Prior experience includes a role as Specialist in Community Engagement at the University of Calgary, where relationship management with stakeholders created experiential learning opportunities for students. Previous positions also include Events and Experiences Curator at TELUS Spark, and various roles at Calgary Zoo and Calgary Board of Education, which involved programming, education, and community engagement. Harpreet holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Calgary and a Certificate of General Arts and Science from Mount Royal University.
