Melissa Blades has over a decade of experience in business operations and event management within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Operations for the Calgary Roughnecks at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, Melissa oversees a range of events, manages sponsorship for the Flames Foundation for Life, and coordinates community relations initiatives. Previously, Melissa held the position of Assistant Manager of Business Operations for the Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club and worked as the Foundation and Events Coordinator for Hockey Alberta. Melissa's educational background includes studies at Lethbridge College.
