Steve Armstrong

Steve Armstrong is an Organizational & Leadership Development Expert at The PARATUS Group, specializing in assisting technically skilled entrepreneurs in team management. With extensive experience as a board member for multiple organizations, including the Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network and the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta, Steve contributes to public governance and policy development. Additionally, Steve serves on the Calgary Salutes Committee to strengthen military-community connections and has a background in emergency management education at Mount Royal University. Previously, Steve held leadership positions, such as Provincial Director for the Canadian Red Cross, overseeing humanitarian services in Alberta, and Town Manager for the Town of Norman Wells. A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Steve also holds a Master of Science in Public Policy & Management from the University of London.
