Tracy Johnson

Tracy Johnson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in fundraising and strategic management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as CEO of the Calgary Public Library Foundation since October 2013, Tracy directs efforts for the Add In Campaign, aiming to achieve a $350M goal while overseeing a team and providing strategic direction in marketing, communications, project management, and fund development. Previous roles include Campaign Operations & Marketing Manager, where Tracy managed major gifts and organized significant fundraising events, and Campaign Administrator, supporting day-to-day operations for the major gifts team. Tracy has also demonstrated leadership as a Team Leader for the Global Youth Volunteer Network in Brazil and as a Community Advisor in Residence at the University of Calgary, alongside educational credentials that include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Calgary.
