Kristina Barnes

Kristina Barnes is an experienced professional in the field of communications and event management, currently serving as the Director of Agriculture & Western Events at The Calgary Stampede since June 2015. Previously, Kristina held multiple roles, including Manager of Agriculture & Western Events and Manager of Communications and Media Relations within the same organization. Prior to joining The Calgary Stampede, Kristina worked at CBC Television from June 1994 to June 2015 as an Anchor, Producer, and Reporter in both news and sports. Kristina holds a degree from Mount Royal University, having studied there from 1992 to 1994.
