Ryan Hancock

Ryan Hancock has extensive experience in the field of music education and philanthropy, currently serving as a Philanthropy Specialist for Annual Giving at The Calgary Stampede since August 2008, alongside various roles including Manager of Bands, Band Director, Assistant Director of Bands, Assistant Coordinator, and Percussion Coordinator. Prior roles in music instruction include serving as a Percussion Instructor at the Calgary Stetson Band Association from September 2008 to March 2018 and at the Calgary Round-Up Band Association from September 2006 to March 2017. Additional experience includes a position as a Labourer at Meadowlark Landscape Services, Inc. and as a Laboratory Assistant at CBM Solutions. Ryan Hancock holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Music from the University of Calgary, attained between 2016 and 2018, and a Multidisciplinary Communications degree from the University of Calgary, completed in 2012. Educational background also includes studies in Social Sciences with a focus on History at Mount Royal University from 2005 to 2006.
