The Calgary Stampede
Theresa Howland has a strong background in marketing and product management. Theresa currently holds the position of Vice President of Sponsorship, Marketing & Employee Services at The Calgary Stampede, a role they have held since October 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Consumer Sales & Sponsorship at the same company starting in October 2013.
Before joining The Calgary Stampede, Theresa worked at ENMAX as the Vice President of Residential Marketing & Product Management from January 2011 to August 2013. Theresa then served as the Vice President of the Western Region at Bullfrog Power from March 2007 to January 2011.
Earlier in their career, they held the position of Manager of Business Development at TransAlta from March 2003 to February 2007, and worked at ENMAX Energy Corporation as a Product Manager for Greenmax from an unspecified date in 1999 to 2003.
Theresa Howland completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing at the University of Calgary. Theresa then pursued further education at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, earning the ICD.D Institute of Corporate Directors certification in Organizational Governance.
