Kyla Oberman

Kyla Oberman has a diverse work experience in marketing and event management. Kyla started their career as an Event Manager at Shadowbrook Restaurant, where they handled group sales, banquet bookings, and event coordination. Kyla then worked at McDill Associates as an Account Executive, where they were involved in daily coordination of agency efforts and contributed to the development of marketing projects. Kyla then transitioned to Naturipe Farms, where they held various positions, including Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and eventually Marketing Director. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, brand management, product marketing, website and social media strategies, and sales promotion development. After Naturipe Farms, they worked as a Marketing Director at Tanimura & Antle, leading strategic communication, brand architecture development, packaging programs, and crisis communications. Prior to their current role as Marketing Director at California Giant Berry Farms, Kyla served as a Marketing Manager at Jacobs Farm del Cabo.

Kyla Oberman completed a certificate program in the PMA Emerging Leaders Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Cabrillo College from 1999 to 2003, and North Monterey County High School from 1995 to 1999.
