Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas began their career at Wallis Companies as a Sales Associate from 2001 to 2004. Thomas then worked at Country Mart Pharmacy and Walmart as a Pharmacy Technician from 2003 to 2004 and from 2004 to 2007, respectively. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Commissary Manager at Delaware North. Following this, they joined Reinhart Foodservice as a Produce and Refrigerated Buyer from 2010 to 2011. Thomas then worked at C.H. Robinson as a Produce Transportation Sales representative from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they held the position of Sourcing Specialist at PRO*ACT USA. Since 2017, they have been employed at California Giant Berry Farms, first as the Director of Foodservice Sales from 2017 to 2019, then as the Director of Foodservice & Organic Sales from 2019 to 2020, and currently as the Director of Sales from 2020 onwards.

Thomas Smith holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2018, they attended Cornell University's Food Industry Management Program, specifically the United Fresh Produce Executive Development Program. Before that, from 2002 to 2004, Thomas attended Southwest Baptist University, although no degree or field of study was mentioned. Thomas completed their high school education at Salem Senior High School, receiving a High School Diploma from 1998 to 2002. In addition, Thomas obtained a certification in "Designing the Organization" from Coursera in March 2022.
