Jay Flynn has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development within the flooring and design industry. Starting as a Distribution Engineer at Florida Power & Light Company, Jay transitioned to roles such as VP of Sales at Tuftex Carpet Mills and Partner/ VP at DCSPG before becoming the VP of Sales at Broadlume, and currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Cali Floors. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, Jay has successfully managed sales teams and developed strong dealer relationships throughout their career.
