Doug Bassett

Doug Bassett has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Doug co-founded Caliber Construction in 1992, where they currently serve as Owner & President. Under their leadership, Caliber Construction has become a trusted provider of commercial tenant improvements in Southern California. Prior to starting Caliber Construction, Doug worked at Oltmans Construction Co. as a Project Manager and Director of Tenant Improvements from 1982 to 1991.

Doug Bassett has a diverse education history. Doug attended California State University, Long Beach in 1983-1984, where they studied Construction Management. Prior to that, they attended California State University, Fullerton from 1979 to 1982, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Before their time at Fullerton, Doug spent the academic year of 1978-1979 at the University of Maryland, pursuing General Studies.
