James Richardson

James Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Manager for both South Island and Auckland at Caliber Design since July 2022, James previously held the position of Managing Director at Mint Design New Zealand from May 2019 to July 2022, where the focus was on business growth without unnecessary complexities. Additional roles include Board Member at Burnside Rugby Football Club, Founder of Sonder Leather, and Business Development Manager at Ecoware NZ. James began a career in engineering roles, including Production Engineer at Moffat Group and earlier experience as a Trades Assistant at Jensen Steel Fabricators. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury and recognition as a UCE Summer Start-Up Scholarship Recipient.
