Nicky Deller is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Caliber Design since May 2022, Nicky previously held the same title at BVT Engineering Professional Services from June 2020 to May 2022, and worked as an HR Consultant while self-employed from July 2018 to June 2020. Notable roles also include People & Culture Manager at Ignite Architects and several HR Advisor positions at various organizations including Cerebos Greggs Limited, Brookfields Lawyers, and ABC / Kidicorp Limited. Nicky’s education includes a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from The Open Polytechnic and a BSc along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Nutrition/Dietetics from the University of Otago.
