Wayne Le Sueur is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing across various industries, including design, energy solutions, and software. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Caliber Design since February 2015, Wayne is transitioning to a part-time role focused on client engagement and project delivery. Previously, Wayne held several leadership positions, including CEO at Caliber Design, National Sales and Marketing Manager at Motovated Design & Analysis Ltd, and National Sales Manager for multiple organizations such as Greenwave Energy Solutions and MYOB. Wayne's educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from The University of Auckland and completion of the Owner Manager Program at Icehouse.
