Diana Brugler

Diana Brugler has a wide range of work experience, starting with their role as Manager of Quality Services/Compliance, Operations, and Licensing at AMN Healthcare from February 2005 to July 2010. During this time, they led multiple projects, coached and trained employees, and implemented new programs.

Diana then worked at Teach For America, where they held various positions. As a Recruiter from May 2011 to May 2014, Diana executed effective outreach strategies, resulting in increased application volume and accepted candidates. Diana also oversaw Salesforce training and data quality for the recruitment cohort.

From May 2014 to November 2020, Diana served as Program Director, Recruitment, and later as Managing Director, Recruitment at Teach For America. In these roles, they led multiple projects, tracked progress, and set visions for various initiatives to maximize outcomes. Diana also built and fostered a strong team culture and consistently performed as a top quartile recruitment leader.

Most recently, Diana has been working at Caliber Healthcare Solutions since November 2020, starting as Director of Operations and currently holding the position of Senior Director of Operations. In their current role, they oversee multiple departments and operations, develops long-term strategies, and coaches the Operations team to drive performance towards key performance indicators.

Throughout their career, Diana has demonstrated expertise in operations management, talent development, organizational design, and project leadership.

Diana Brugler obtained a BA in Management with Magna Cum Laude honors from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
