Xena Grua

Xena Grua is the founder of Beauty By X, leading the company since July 2023. Prior to this venture, Xena held various project management and case management roles, including Project Manager at Ion Solar and Project Data Manager at GOLDPoint Systems. Experience at Lendio as a Data Review Specialist and at Wasatch Mental Health as a Case Manager provided Xena with skills in assessing needs and providing services to disadvantaged individuals. Additional roles included Caseworker at the Division of Child and Family Resources, where Xena coordinated with legal entities, and an Intern Case Manager position at the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office, focusing on cases involving victims of assault. Xena also gained experience as a Program Assistant Intern at The Adoption Exchange and as a Legislative Intern at the Utah State Board of Education. Xena's early career included office intern roles that enhanced organizational and communication skills. Xena graduated from the University of Utah in 2019.
