Greg Nichols

Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Caliber

Greg Nichols is the current Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Caliber Collision. Greg has held this position since November 2011. Prior to joining Caliber Collision, Greg was the SVP of Human Resources at Blockbuster from January 2011 to November 2011. Greg was responsible for all HR functions nationally.

From January 2008 to January 2011, Greg was Of Counsel at Fisher & Phillips, LLP where they assisted clients with matters involving employment law litigation, arbitration, mediation (Title VII, ADEA, ADAAA, WARN, FLSA, USERRA), OFCCP, PEO operations, employment agreements (non-compete, separation, CIC, confidentiality) benefits, M&A issues, ERISA, 409A, employee training and executive compensation.

Before joining Fisher & Phillips, Greg was with Gevity HR from January 2001 to December 2007 where they were the SVP of HR, General Counsel, Secretary and Compliance Officer. Greg was responsible for the Company’s HR and Legal Affairs, SOX Compliance and Strategic Business support. Greg was actively involved in the supervision and settlement of all litigation against Gevity and its client companies. Greg also performed Board and Committee (Audit, Compensation, Nominating/Corporate Governance and Executive) support work, served as the Secretary and maintained all corporate documents and records.

Greg Nichols has a JD from the University of Miami, cum laude. Greg also has an MBA from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, with a focus in business. Greg's undergraduate degree is in psychology and HR from the University of Central Florida.

They are on a team with Kenneth Hanley - Chief Development Officer, Dave Goldstein - Chief Operations Officer, and Judd Nystrom - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Mark Sanders, President and CEO.
