Shawn has experience in every aspect of the business, from operations to customer service. In 2004, Shawn acquired their first collision repair shop, Apex Auto Body, Inc. in Orange County, California. Shawn has since grown the business into a leading brand for the collision repair of today's complex vehicles. Shawn also has experience in building and sourcing collision repair operations, having been involved early on in the founding of Caliber Collision Centers. In addition to their work in the collision repair industry, Shawn is also experienced in financial and administrative management, as well as human resources and client relations.
