Amy Mills has a diverse background in customer success and sales operations, currently serving in a Customer Success role at CaliberMind since June 2025. Previously, Amy held the position of Senior Sales Operations Analyst for the Americas at Cornerstone OnDemand from September 2024 to May 2025. Prior experience includes managing customer success at Full Circle Insights from May 2021 to January 2025, as well as working as a Business Analyst. Amy began a career at The Gannett Company and The Commercial Appeal, where the role of Salesforce Administrator was held from March 2017 to May 2021, following a tenure as Niche Manager and Project Manager for the Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK from January 1999 to March 2017. Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Memphis in 1998 and completed high school at Memphis Catholic High School in 1994.
