Dan Ferriter

Dan Ferriter serves as the Vice President at Calibre Mining Corp since April 2021, leading sustainability initiatives and overseeing environmental permitting and compliance for the gold mining company. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Director HSE at Black Mountain Sand from May 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing a health, safety, and environmental program for a start-up hydraulic frac sand mining company. Dan also directed health, safety, and environmental management services at Copper Consulting from March 2016 to May 2019 and managed global environmental and social responsibility activities at KGHM International between August 2009 and November 2015. Dan's career began at BP, where management of operations and environmental remediation projects occurred from May 1994 to August 2009. Dan holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Montana Tech, as well as completing an Executive Academy program at IMD in 2015.
