David Madden

David Madden is a Partner at Calibre One, a global executive search firm. David has over 20 years of experience in executive search and has worked with some of the world's leading companies.

David Madden began their career as an Executive Search Consultant with CTPartners in 2007. David quickly rose through the ranks and became a Partner at Lonergan Partners in 2010. During their time at Lonergan Partners, David led the firm's Sales and Marketing Practice and was responsible for many of the firm's most challenging assignments. In 2012, David joined DHR International as a Partner. David was an active member of the firm's Technology and Private Equity practices and worked with Board of Directors, CEO's and their management teams to improve company performance.

In 2019, David joined Calibre One as a Partner. David is based in San Jose and works with clients across the globe.

David Madden received a B.A. in Economics from Tulane University and then went on to attend Bellarmine College Preparatory.

David Madden reports to Tom Barnes, Chairman. They work with Aanand Varanasi - Partner, San Jose, David Schumer - Partner, New York, and Mark S. Frank - Partner, Stamford.
