Cassie Baxter

Cassie Baxter has a diverse work experience in the field of program analysis and management. Cassie started their career in 2011 as a Program Analyst at Afghan Strategic Consulting and Planate Management Group LLC. In 2012, they joined CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as an Analyst and gradually moved up to the positions of Program Analyst, Senior Program Analyst, and eventually Division Director for the Training Support Operations (TSO) Directorate. In their current role, Cassie is responsible for managing a business unit with a budget of $32M and over 80 organic employees and 100 subcontractor employees. Cassie is also involved in capturing and executing projects under CALIBRE's $492M Training Support Services (TSS) contract, as well as devising and implementing growth strategies for the Directorate.

Cassie Baxter received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Auburn University Harbert College of Business, completing their studies between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they attended George Mason University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from George Mason University.
