Heather Black Elliott

Heather Black Elliott is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Analyst at CALIBRE. Heather provides environmental and project management support to the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Division. Previously, Heather worked at Versar, Inc. as a Programs Coordinator, where Heather consulted with Army agencies on strategies for environmental remediation and property transfers. Heather holds a MS in Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a BS in Environmental Science from Auburn University.
