Jan Coley

Jan Coley is an experienced business development professional, currently serving as the Capture Director at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. since June 2023. With a career spanning several roles, Jan has been the Principal at Agility in Motion, LLC since January 2014, focusing on risk assessment and personalized support programs for overseas assignments. Prior to this, Jan held key positions in business development at Armedia, 22nd Century Technologies Inc., and Five 9 Group, where responsibilities included identifying opportunities and formulating competitive strategies. Other notable experiences include leading business intelligence initiatives at INDUS Corporation, owning and managing businesses in Europe, and serving as a board member for the International School of Riga.
