Melinda Gilbert

Melinda Gilbert currently serves as the Curriculum Development Team Lead at CALIBRE Systems, Inc., a position held since January 2025. Previously, Melinda was with Magellan Federal, where roles included Curriculum Developer Team Lead, Curriculum Developer, and Master Resilience Trainer - Performance Expert from October 2020 to January 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Performance Coach, Lead at SAIC and multiple roles as a Master Resilience Trainer at both AFSC/Magellan Federal and SAIC. Melinda's initial professional involvement in academia included roles as an intern and graduate assistant at Troy University, focusing on student-athlete services and athletic compliance. Melinda holds an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida, a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University.
