Michael Brobston

Michael Brobston has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and human resource development. Michael started their career in 2004 as a Center Commander in the US Army, where they directed and supervised a recruiting center, maintained relationships with educational institutions and the local community, and managed recruitment and interviewing processes. In 2008, they became a Company First Sergeant, responsible for training and supervising NCOs and promoting community awareness for the Army's recruiting goals. Michael then served as an Assistant Inspector General, inspecting daily operations and evaluating compliance at various levels of management. From 2013 to 2015, they held the position of Company First Sergeant again, leading and supervising an Army recruiting company and handling staffing duties. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the BDE Operations SGM, synchronizing resources and analyzing key performance indicators across multiple states and districts. Finally, in 2017, they became the Command Sergeant Major, serving as a senior advisor and overseeing a large personnel recruiting and human resource development team to improve the organization's performance. Since 2021, they have been working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at CALIBRE Systems, Inc.

Michael Brobston obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing from Trident University International, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Critical Design Thinking Certification, Divergent Thinking Certificate, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, Lean process and improvement certification, and Project Management essentials certification. These certifications were obtained in August 2020 from institutions such as the Center of Adaptive Learning and Development, Management & Strategy Institute, and Tri-County Career Academy.
